Breakfast: Oatmeal with soaked sunflower seeds on top and cinnamon. Along with a pear, kiwi and some almonds.
Lunch: A fried egg, avocado and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with some almonds.
Dinner: One and a half chicken patty, and a few crackers with garlic dip. And I had a teeny tiny piece of red velvet cake.
Drank: 2 and a hald bottles of water and green tea.
